Day excursions and multi-day tours in the Valencia Region and beyond

I had an amazing day on the tour to Tabarca Island! Jon was very knowledgeable and had everything well planned. After taking the ferry over, we enjoyed a coffee and then met for snorkeling. The snorkeling group was well organized, the water was refreshing, and the sea life was incredibly colorful. We even got free pictures taken by the guide. The town is really lovely, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was a perfect mixture of organized activity and free time to explore the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it.

We tried Jon's tour of the Ebro delta and Peniscola and had a great time. The breeze on the Delta boat trip was most welcome in the heat. The eco-museum was fascinating and a tranquil spot to learn about life and wildlife in the delta over its history. Peniscola beach is pretty and clean and after a paddle we explored the old town and the castle on our own. The castle has such a rich history with the Templar Knight, Crusades and Roman Catholic church. Jon's tour bus was clean, today and the A/C a dream. Jon was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended. We missed the trip to Tarbarca island for a snorkeling adventure, hopefully next time we come back to Valencia.

10/10 recommend! We joined the trip to Ebro delta and Peñíscola, keen to discover new places relatively near to Valencia. Our first stop was a boat trip along the river, the commentary on the boat was only in Spanish but Jon translated for us so we found out more about the area and why it's so important for fishing and farming, and as a protected area for wildlife. We then went to a museum nearby to learn more, and also meet some of the wildlife IRL - in the aquarium! (Also the shop there sold some good local produce.)...

The Tabarca Island and Snorkeling trip was organised and fun. We drove to Santa Pola, then took the 30-minute ferry over to Tabarca. Jon was very knowledgeable about the island and provided us with lots of interesting facts. The snorkeling was definitely a highlight. The instructors were helpful and extremely professional. They even took photos of you under the water, which was all included in the price! The water was so clean and the wildlife was fantastic. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, ranging from bocadillos, topas to 'menu del dia'. A well-organised and fun day. Jon has lots of experience in travel and all his tours are thoroughly planned. I would recommend Jon's Tours and I won't hesitate to do any future ones. Thank you for the great day, Jon!
